Employment Type: Permanent (Full Time) / 4 day option

Industries: Multi-sector (Permanent & Contract desks available)

Salary: $80-$100k per annum + super + comms

The Role




You will manage and grow your own recruitment desk within one or more industry verticals. The position can focus on permanent placements, contract recruitment, or a blended desk depending on experience and preference.


This role suits someone who wants to build a sustainable book of business, not just chase short-term wins.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop existing or grow a specialist recruitment desk
• Business development with new and existing clients
• Build long-term client partnerships and preferred supplier relationships
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role)
• Candidate sourcing, qualification, and relationship management
• Manage interview processes, offers, and negotiations
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline activity
• Deliver consistent weekly activity and revenue targets
• Collaborate with leadership on desk strategy and growth planning

About You

• Recruitment experience (agency preferred)
• Ability to run a 360 desk or progress into one
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a long-term approach
• Organised pipeline and activity management
• Motivated by building something sustainable rather than transactional billing
• 1 year+ recruitment experience
